Panattoni Development is seeking community input on the future use of the 183 developable acre property at the northeast corner of Phillip Road

Processing of the Roseville Industrial Park application originally proposed on the Phillip Road Site has been stopped at our request.  In response to neighbor concerns, the Panattoni team is taking the summer to meet with local residents to collaborate on the development of a new, shared vision for the Phillip Road Site that results in a balanced, multi-beneficial project for all parties that is financially feasible, honors the City’s growth and economic plan, and reflects community priorities.

Growth in Placer County and Roseville remains strong even while the market experiences uncertainty.  With 183 developable acres, the Phillip Road Site is large enough to accommodate a variety of uses that will result in economic prosperity for the region.  Panattoni is committed to working with all stakeholders to identify uses that make sense for the neighborhood, the City of Roseville, and the site itself.
