1. Panattoni is committed to presenting a project proposal that will include a mix of uses that provide benefit to West Roseville residents.

2. Panattoni is committed to creating public gathering spaces and open space areas that are accessible to the public.

3. Panattoni is committed to proposing a project that pays for itself.

4. Panattoni is committed to limiting all building heights on the proposed project to 50 feet, and creating significant buffer areas between existing residential neighborhoods and non-residential land uses.

5. Panattoni is committed to connecting existing bike lanes and trails through its property.

6. Panattoni is committed to supporting the City of Roseville's desire for the site to serve as a jobs center, and will present a proposal that creates good-paying jobs, and providecs gathering space for existing and future residents.

7. Panattoni is committed to creating substantial, permanent employment opportunities for the residents of Roseville and surrounding areas.

8. Panattoni is committed to working collaboratively with the City of Roseville and surrounding neighborhoods on traffic calming measures.

9. Panattoni is committed to sustainable and green-building practices, including using recycled water (when feasible), solar, and support for electric vehicles.

10. Panattoni is committed to protecting a long-term vision of the property. This includes building in phases in response to market demands, and ensuring the development is in appropriate alignment alongside regional growth, including Placer Parkway.
